I just wanted to let you all know about the launch of a new website dedicated to addressing environmental issues in Montreal's West Island community.

The aim is to build synergy between environmentalists, academics and concerned citizens in order to share knowledge, initiate contructive dialogue and mobilise grassroots participation in the municipal public consultation process.

This initiative is just getting underway so there is plenty of room for motivated individuals and organisations to make a difference.

(So far the site is only in English, but French content will be coming soon.)
