Resistance, Journal of the Earth Liberation Movement has returned

Anonyme, Wednesday, July 1, 2009 - 17:40 ( | | )

The question has now become not what we can do, but what we must do; not what we are comfortable with, but what we are fully capable of; not what is convenient, but what is completely necessary to stop the destruction of our home.

Ahmadinejad won indeed and the real source of interference in Iran's election is likely the United States

Anonyme, Sunday, June 28, 2009 - 07:40 ( | | | )

John Chuckman

A recent article called “Ahmadinejad Won, Get Over It” by Flynt and Hillary Leverett is not the only source with serious credentials offering reasonable, non-sensational explanations for events around Iran’s presidential election.

Mass Protests Rock Iran: No to All Wings of the Mullah Regime!

Anonyme, Thursday, June 25, 2009 - 08:21 ( | | | | | | | | | )

For more than a week, Iran has been convulsed by mass demonstrations denouncing election fraud. Hundreds of thousands have repeatedly taken to the streets to denounce the government, which is now threatening, and beginning to carry out, a bloody crackdown. This time around, imperialist intervention is veiled: the White House feigns neutrality, the Western media go all out for the opposition, while in the background various agencies provide vital technical aid. In reality, all candidates in the presidential vote swear allegiance to the Islamic Republic, and the supposed moderate reformers are no less butchers and enemies of poor and working people than the conservative "populist" government. The situation cries out for revolutionary leadership independent of all factions of the theocracy, to wage a struggle for workers revolution against imperialism and clerical reaction.

The only way out of the crisis is revolution!

Anonyme, Monday, May 25, 2009 - 10:35 ( | )

Since the beginning of the crisis, usual opinion makers (politicians, journalists or economists serving the ruling class) have been repeating over and over that the current times are only a bad moment to get through and we can expect to be “back to prosperity” within a few weeks, months or... years (!?). Of course, they don’t clearly say whose prosperity they’re talking about, but we kind of suspect it.

Europe is well on its way to walk the plank of recession

As Wall Street witnesses: In spite of depression, Business is Business, and as the United States guarantee: Big Business is Good War, and Big War is Good Business.

Fascism, Nazism and Avigdor Lieberman

Anonyme, Wednesday, May 20, 2009 - 09:28 ( | )

To the Jurors of the Court of Public Opinion I present the following: the task of measuring Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman's actions and views against a general definition of Nazism so as to decide if Lieberman, decidedly a fascist, is also a Nazi. Evidently, one must first judge the legitimacy of the proposed general definition of Nazism before deciding if Lieberman fits within the framework of that definition. What draws attention to Lieberman as a candidate for such a denunciation is his call for the 'transfer' of Israeli Arabs out of Israel proper.
