Is Dialogue a better approach to social change?

This salon will explore the dynamics of Dialogue as a system of communication and its benefits over traditional methods of creating social change (for example- persuasion, pressure, rational argument). Examples of dialogue in action are invited and the topic is wide open to debate (or Dialogue).
